Premier Inn Milton Keynes South

Great location and was very quiet, but this wasn't up to standard for Premier Inn. The room wasn't as clean as I come to expect from this brand, there were crumbs on the floor and hairs in the shower. Also the breakfast was terrible. People were waiting 30+ minutes for a cooked breakfast which you have to order, so you would expect it to be fresh. However what arrived was frozen vegetarian sausages and greasy mushrooms. I complained about the sausage and my plate was taken away, only to come out with the same food on it just with a steaming veggie sausage this time. But this meant my lovely poached eggs were now solid and rubbery. Very disappointing.

Good Premier Inn, although I never managed to change the room temperature settings ... the room controller insisted on constantly returning to the pre-set values. Very helpful staff although the restaurant booking we made at Reception never got passed through to the restaurant. There was no problem getting a table though.

i stayed here a few weeks back and wasn't going to post a review until i heard back from the hotel. 2 weeks have past and still no email back. my room had dust in it mainly around the light fittings i know not a biggie, the duvet had stains on it. the staff where just plain rude. I would have had a better experience sleeping on the streets with a homeless man!!! STAY CLEAR

Heating didn't work in my room! (January so temps not much above freezing!) Slept in my work fleece for 2 nights. Complained just to get the response of... oh okay! Really poor customer service will never stop here again! Very poor seeing as we pay £30,000+ a year to premier inn's all over the country putting our workers in them for the duration of our jobs. Looking elsewhere for hotels indefinitely from now on! We have had too much trouble from premier inn! Any crime happens they're not interested! Definitely look elsewhere for accommodation!

Comfortable, quiet, newly decent food in the attached pub. Pleasant views over the lake. Excellent value, too. £70 a night at very short notice.
