Great staff,Great carvery which isn't expensive nice clean rooms,a good view if in odd number room not so good if even number. Overall one of the better places to stay

WORST hotel in Milton Keynes
•Very unpleasant staff
•I am a regular customer and they do not respect me.
•They expect you to clean hotel spotless after stay Evan though they have a cleaner.
•Not family friendly
•Manger Very Rude on phone hang up the phone on me.
•They charge extra for every little thing 
•They do not thank you for your stay or welcome you back.
