Good basic rooms, better than a premier inn as they had a fridge, cutlery & nice bath which some inns only have showers now.nStaff were on the ball & helpful when needing things, the location is away from the main town centre adjacent to the grand union canal which is nice, I was visiting my dad on the canal & it's a short taxi ride into town.nThe connected stones restaurant is a bit rough & ready but it's done its job I guess.

I stayed here on Saturday, the staff were very friendly and helpful, check in was easy, the room was a good size, I was happy to see a full sized bath also! Shower was lovely as well as the amenities in the room. Thank you :

It's off the beaten track but if you get the Lime app you can get scooters and really zip around for a good meal. The staff is very friendly and helpful.  The picture shows my wake up crew.  Seriously guys 5:30?  Lol... I guess when you're by the water you should expect guests early for coffee.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and I love it so much I had to leave a 2nd review. My room is cleaned every day and they make my bed while I'm out. The bed is extremely comfortable. The fridge and microwave are so handy. The restaurant serves a nice selection of food, and the scenery is very peaceful. There is also a Chinese takeaway and an amazing burger bar called the Five Akhis right next door.

Located in the older party off the village on the marina which is lovely. Pub next door does good meals. Handy and not bad for the price
