We had a lovely one-night stay in a family room. It was spacious and clean and well-kept. Some minor defects in the bathroom in the corners but better than most. The heating was effective, the beds comfortable. We refilled our tea and coffee from stores kept at reception. Breakfast was lovely, the staff getting soya milk for us. Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. There was parking, although some of it awkwardly tight against pillars holding up the hotel! The hotel is convenient for Witney and Oxford.
Room was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was lovely and a good variety, only issue was undercooked chips with the burger for our evening meal but it had been made known to us that there were new chefs in the kitchen with big parties to cook for so I'm putting it down to inexperience and pressure. Sure they'll improve quickly.Rooms: 5/5
I was greeted by Chris, the manager I believe, who was so welcoming and I began to look forward to see what awesome shirt he would wear each day. He took an interest in me and made sure I was ok even when I arrived late they made sure I was fed before the kitchen shut. Anne in the restaurant looked after me each evening especially when I got poorly mid stay. What a lovely team. Food was good and room 106 was fine. It faces the road but I couldn't hear the traffic. There's a McDonald's right next door if you choose not to dine in . Free parking is plentiful during the week.
Was very impressed by the all the staff who clearly are passionate about customer service. Faultless clean room 128 and very quiet facing fields and no traffic noise. All you can eat big breakfast was divine.Rooms: 5/5
Wholesome full English breakfast. Great bed... Only a star less because of the shower pressure and the single sheet toilet paper in the bathroom. Great stay.Rooms: 5/5
We stayed here for 2 nights. Clean rooms and the staff were very nice and friendly. This place right on the main road beside pure gym. There is MC Donald's next door, Tesco express, costa express ate also next door.The city centre is a 10 min walk away.Rooms: 5/5
3 star hotel without internet. I'm staying in over 20 hotels every year. First time in my life I pay for internet in the hotel and still doesn't work at all. I can't even send the email from my room. That's problem happened already few weeks ago and they don't even try to fixing this and still selling unlimited internet on the premiere inn website. Very unhappy
The staff here go above and beyond service, they are helpful and will do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I always choose to stay here when transiting through.Rooms: 5/5
