In the last day and a half 3 buses have not turned up, subsequently I have been late to work and from work every day this week so far SOLELY down to the terrible service Stagecoach provides, I hope they go bust or get bought out by a better and more reliable company.
Very nice safety place work
Number 15 bus from Abingdon to Witney is sometimes late and when it’s late that means when I get the bus to Witney I end up missing my bus back home and have to wait another 20mins for and this is for Monday evening and Friday evening. S2 should run more frequent so I don’t need to wait for ages for the bus to take home. Today I had to get the s1 has the next S2 wasn’t for another hour and when I got on it took 5 mins for the drivers to swap buses at market square and then every bus stop in Witney we stopped at the bus driver had to stop for every 3 mins which got me to my stop 20mins late. Very poor service and I think it should really improve
Today around 2 I was about to get on the S1 bus with my friend. When the bus arrived, my friend went in and told the driver that I was just getting my wallet from my bag and he didn’t say anything. Okay so when I was about to get on the bus, the man saw that I was there but still started to drive away slowly. My friend asked him to stop because I wanted to get on the bus and I was literally outside the door. He kept driving the bus slowly and when he saw that everyone else on the bus was looking, he stopped the bus and opened the door. When I walked in, he gave me a mean attitude and started to have a go at me saying he can’t be playing games and everyone on the bus was completely shocked I told him that i was just getting my money and he treated me and my friend in the most horrible way and made us really upset. After we payed for my pass, we were going up the stairs and the driver didn’t even wait. He started driving fast and we almost fell down the stairs. The passengers on the bus started to say how the drivers attitude was insanely shocking and how inpatient he was to wait 30 seconds. I understand that he had other places to go and that he had a time to be at the other stop, but the way he spoke to me wasn’t nice at all.
Stagecouch always late at the morning. Timetables are without any sense. You can write "bus will arrive when it will arrive". 6 rides. 6 times late. Congratulations!

The stage coach buses are good for running frequently, however they should but the heating on in the buses every morning and evening for the customers because it is freezing, i dont know why they wouldnt put it on anyway, its very uncomfortable to sit on a freezing cold bus from witney to oxford every morning with no heating on!
Busses are a rip off, quite often late yet they still have the cheek to charge 7 quid for a return to oxford
