Clean comfortable room, staff very friendly & helpful. Close to train station with quick access to Glasgow. Only downside was food wasn't great, but you don't expect gourmet food here. Overall, prices very reasonable. Would certainly use againRooms: 4/5
Receptions staff welcoming and helpful. Nothing to fault about our stay, spacious, clean room with the comfiest bed. Great value compared to other Glasgow Premier Inns and only a short drive to the city centre.Rooms: 5/5
Rooms clean as always but our disabled room looked very tired. Staff super friendly and helpful but really annoying that, as every trip we have to premier Inn, the free WiFi was not working. Staff very apologetic but couldn't help. Rooms: Tired but clean. Noteworthy details: Internet down for entire stay so don't rely on having any!
We stayed here last night for one night & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I had emailed a request to get an early check in so we could get into Glasgow for a lunch date to celebrate our engagement. When we arrived the lovely young man at reception was very pleasant and told us our room was ready. Check in just took a couple of minutes and when we got to the room there was a congratulations banner across the door. When we entered the room there were more banners & a bottle of Prosecco. We didn’t expect any of that but it was very much appreciated. We will definitely stay here again. Such a handy hotel just outside Glasgow. The train station is a ten minute walk, hop on the train into the city which takes 15 minutes and is under £8 for two people off peak return.
Shame really couldn't get free WiFi nor ultimate to work reliably on my room which was frustrating I have two phones 5G EE and 3 no signal so had to go and sit in my van to send emails for work. The attached alleged pub restaurant doesn't serve ploughman's anymore...why is the two choices on the menu!!! Had to resort to just eat not impressed!!!
The hotel is everything it should be and everything you would expect from Premier Inn, clean ,friendly helpful staff ,plenty of parking if you know to go around the back of the hotel . The hotel is easily accessible from all routes. THE ONE DOWN SIDE IS THE AFFILIATED RESTAURANT NEXT DOOR, often under staffed to meet demand, resulting in long ques trying to order food , rushed or forgotten meals from the kitchen
1. Staff were friendly, the bed was soft, we had a fan for the 27 degrees in the room. 2. The bed was too high to reach, breakfast was mainly food with additives except the eggs and mushroom, pictures looked a little too perfect in their ads. 3. The bathroom curtain smelled pretty awful for a few days and the bathroom lights were so strong that your eyes get sore pretty easily. All in all it was a room design issue and a little of a cleaning matter but we really appreciate the friendliness everyday.
Colour scheme looks like tobacco staining. Carpets well hoovered but stained. Room 25.5 degrees at moment. No air con. Reception searched and found 1 fan. It works but rattles on 1st setting. Setting 2 cuts in and out intermittently. Setting 3 doesn't work at all. Overall looks very neglected and dull. Only place within con is the lift. May sleep there tonight. Why winter duvets on beds during heatwave? Surely cheaper to leave on the side and leave a folder sheet on bed? Guess then has a choice and saves you laundry and money? Have stayed in many Premier Inns but don't think I'll come back here tillits had a make over. Most positive thing was lively reception staff Taylor and Karen. Really tried to help. Only a few of tv channels work
I was quite disappointed with this one, because I have been using them for while now and I never been let down by premier inn. This one have very small rooms for a family with a child, the toilet door couldn't even close properly without kicking it, the shower gel was quite inexistante. It was very hot day with the latest heatwaves I couldn't find any sheet whatsoever, who sleeps with duvet in this kind of weather? And finally there wasn't any electric steam Iron to pass my clothes in the morning. Very disappointed
The room was too hot. Turned rhe air conditioning to its lowest but still had to open the windows. The smell of damp was nauseating glad it was only for one night. This was unusual for a Premier Inn.Rooms: 1/5
