super central place to stay on Derby - moments from the centre, short walk from the station and still quiet and pretty much on the river!nroom was clean, comfortable and quiet.. even the air fan was quiet, we slept so well!nthe staff were all friendly and helpful, particularly Charlotte who took care of our bags and me! after we'd checked out and had time before our train.
Staff were lovely, could not be more helpful or welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and it’s right in the city centre, close for all amenities. We stay for Download Festival and after being let down the night before arriving by other accommodation, Premier Inn saved our bacon and were just amazing. We’ll be back!
We were recently made homeless, due to a flooding incident. The staff at River Lights Premier Inn have been incredibly friendly, helpful and compassionate during our stay. Charlotte and Rylan on reception have been especially warm, and they have made us feel very welcome.
Charlotte at front of house was lovely and welcoming very bubbly and has excellent customer service.nBreakfast was a good standard prepared by Joe the chef, the dining room and lobby is nice and spacious. JP the manager is lovely too.nnNB// Thanks for the ice cubes Charlotte x
Stayed one night, lovely river view to wake-up to, didn't eat in the restaurant but the foyer was clean and smelt fresh, slept well, room clean but some stains on the headboard. Was a lovely touch as download fest guests to be offered pizza and beers until late and a free old drink on check out, would recommend.
