Good welcome. First time in an accessible room. Wet room good. However, it seemed to be a standard height bed, considering it  is an accessability room my wife really struggled to get off the bed. Satisfaction would have been a 5 otherwise.  Its not a complaint, more of  pointing out that the bed appears to be standard for an accessibility room.

Had a decent nice night's sleep. Although it was very hot. I put on conditioner and then it turned to freezing. Wrapped up in a duvet and tried to stay just about normal.nThe room wasn't as worn out as some other Premier inns but when I came back from dinner it was dim already. I put my cars into an electric slot but it didn't work. Started to look for the phone to ring reception and could not find one. The electric slot was wobbly at the wall so I tried to wiggle a little and move the card several times as to be honest, I had an early start and important day the next day and could not bear to go downstairs, change the room and try to settle then again. I eventually got the light although thinking about the faulty electrics in my room wasn't calming. But hey, all went fine at the end.nI didn't bother with the breakfast as it wasn't included in the price, instead I went for a quick walk to closest Lidl and got my breakfast and lunch there. The photos aren't of the hotel but the closest nearby points.

Great Premier Inn in a very convenient location we came to Derby for a gig at Vaillant Live. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Room was clean. Breakfast was fantastic, all fresh and well presented. Premier Inn does what it says on the tin! Nice one.

I have booked two family rooms the guy at the reception we reached about after 11 nobody was at the reception then after few minutes this man came he was absolutely unhelpful when we asked about the parking he just pointed to the note was at the desk other than that he said nothing. I gave him the booking number nd then he said theirs only one room give me 2nd person name i told him i gave you the booking no this booking for two rooms not separate but he insisted i had to look my emails and everything absolutely unprofessional he was .   One thing i liked about staff in the morning they were very friendly at the breakfast table cooked us stuff separately cause we had only halal . Don't know the names but all three ladies very grateful to them

This is a Premier Inn so you know what to expect. However the staff at this particular hotel were truly exceptional. All of them were polite, friendly and unbelievably helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Without being asked they went that extra step. Not just with me, but in every interaction that I observed, with every customer. I have, genuinely never witnessed better customer service in any establishment.
