Fantastic stay last weekend at Premier Inn facilities are so clean staff are amazing. We arrived at reception right when the fire alarm started to go off but staff were great with responding and telling us where to go. It was a false alarm and we then got booked in at 1pm which is great because room was ready we check in wasn’t meant to be till 3pm. We stayed here because of the peaky blinders night at the Black Country museum and it’s around a 10min walk away from there. Also the town of Dudley where you can go for drinks is a matter of 5mins just past the zoo. The breakfast was included in the stay and was fantastic plenty to choose from like full English to pastries and fruits and cereals. The beds are so comfy and bathrooms are lovely and clean. You can tell the staff take care at this place and i recommend to stay here as you get more than what you pay for. Free parking as long as you let them know on arrival of your reg number. Will be staying here again next year
Friendly staff, great sized rooms, clean and welcoming. We asked for extra tea and coffee, and it was no trouble at all. Bed was really comfortable, and the shower was lovely. Location is close to restaurants and other places to visit.Rooms: 5/5
+ Good room and location, to where i needed to be. - Staff always chatting in the kitchen, leaving guests at reception frustrated! Very poor "selection" of evening meals - best go next door to either the pub, or one of the fast food outlets
Nice breakfast not a lot choice for dinner, Other restaurants eateries very close bye. 18 min walk to black living museum. Very polite staff. some activities for children.
Purchased meal deal but Extremely poor choice of menu for evening meal cooked by the girl on reception, refund offered an ate in the hungry horse around the corner, this Premier Inn has no pub attached but isn't made clear on website. Breakfast compleat shambles, many people complaining about the lengthy wait for items to be cooked. Rooms were standed Premier Inn, clean and comfortable.
I used to use it at least every month. Every booking I made the prices were fluctuating ridiculously so it was over stepping my business budget, and I'm a gold elite customer. Which did me no good at all. The breakfasts are awful. So I've stopped using it. Now use the Premier inn at Dudley Town centre. Food & drinks: If you don't have highish expectations you won't starve. But to be honest they are not good expecially breakfasts.
The Night-Time staff are very good but the daytime I'm can be very rude I didn't know until today after we left that that one member of the staff was quite rude with my two year old little girl by snatching a toy from her which was free if I would have known at the time I'm I would have smashed it back off him and probably lose my rag with him was quite clearly you could tell from this person that he got some kind of learning disability which is fine wood don't put him in front of house I will definitely not be saying there again as I say the nights time staff were fantastic just a day time I'm stuff ruined it I'm not a happy customer and are looking to take this matter further about what happened with my two-year-old daughter with Premier Inn
Nice place. Great location. Four star service: great service, no faults other than breakfast buffet - order was taken and cooked food brought to table but no clear indication how to get more. Friendly staff and like I said, great service.Rooms: 5/5
Food awful. Very little choice all microwaved, roughly a mile up the road at premier Rowley Regis food and choice so much better, when you are paying for a meal deal you would expect the quality to be consistent across premier inns.Rooms: 5/5
When we arrived the automatic wasn't working, so had to call for someone to help. When they came was greeted with alright! Very odd way to welcome customers. The room was very clean but the internet was awful the TV information as what was on did work and the toilet got block on the first night . But after this the rest of the staff was friendly and very helpful.
