Always used to go here for our fish and chips before it was taken over by new owners since then we have used them about 5 times and every time there is something missing from our order we will not be using this takeaway again
Having heard some negative things re service/ quality under new ownership. Decided to give them a try. I can only speak for my experience yes I had a little wait it was Saturday night and I had not ordered. TheFish cod was superb as were the chips . Both the wife and I totally enjoyed .will be happy to use again and again .
Update unfortunately since the shop has changed owners it’s not like it was. Staff are friendly, food is ok they have added a lot more to the menu, we have had several wrong orders delivered to us and given to us in the shop and not known until we got home. The food is alright we do keep trying every now and then but not regularly like we used to
Very poor quality of food. The food looks nasty doesn't taste the best. Would rather pay an extra £5 and get better quality somewhere else. The staff are rude and careless. Wouldn't recommend
Well cooked fish with a nice crunchy batter. Chips were really nice and fresh and the kebabs are very good too. It's difficult to find a fish and chip shop and kebab shop that do it all and tasting great. Well done
Left waiting. Staff chatting around the back. Fish cooked freshly, chips pre-cooked and not that hot. Small cod and chips were satisfactory, costing £6.60. Apparently they deliver and take phone orders. May go back.
Great customer service. Good quality food at a low price. Really nice food. Have been going here for years. Offers delivery. All food is great. The fish is always huge a really fresh. Great takeaway
The last time I went there I bought Scampi , onion rings and chips. Delicious, top quality, not greasy just crisp, exactly as I like it. Going there tomorrow, maybe try the fish this time.
The fish is always perfectly cooked and the batter is perfect it is a coating as it should be not thick to make the fish pieces look bigger. Would not go anywhere else for my fish and chips
Popped there yesterday evening. Lovely food and not greasy. I shall be returning here, this is now my favourite chippy. Lovely
