Handy for the post office, lacking otherwise

After several occasions of visiting this shop, I'm yet again upset and fustrated with the unhelpful attitude received by the female members of staff who work behind the post office counter. This is a real poor reflection on the post office, as they are very rude, unpleasant and unhelpful. I will not be giving this store my custom again.
