I had my first appointment today with Premier Dental. I have been impressed with the ease of booking an appointment , and the way in which I was informed and reminded. I feel this is a very well run practice, with efficient and helpful staff.nThe Dentist Mandeep who saw me was very warm and welcoming, and very knowledgeable and professional, but very personable, as was her nurse/ assistant.nI was reassured about concerns, and given options for going forward. Very impressed, and glad I went. Thankyou. 10/10
Awful practice. Over the last 6 years my last couple of visits to this establishment have been awful. Bad advice on treatment. Rude dentist staff and receptionist isn't far behind. Joined a local competitor and what a difference, friendly staff, great advice and treatment and receptionist is amazing.
Tarly has been my dentist and that of other family members for years. An excellent dentist who makes each visit as relaxing and painless as possible.
Wish they had been more clear and communicative about not allowing clients to book or register if they miss appointments the dental practice had made themselves without your knowledge. The kind lady i spoke to on the phone didnt really give me a reason as to why this was the case its just how they oparate.I had no time to cancel as I was busy now I have to find a different dental practice when I need urgent care
Very friendly staff there and they do their very best to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They are the most friendliest team I have ever met and they have worked hard looking after my teeth. I would highly recommend this practice. I’m so thankful to Tarly who for many years has cared for my dental needs
