All I can honestly say in my opinion through experience is first dental practice were exceptional from initial contact through receptionists who were excellent to all staff and dentist himself.Brilliant.10/10.or 100%. I went there in after weeks of treatment via b.ham dental hospital but thankfully now I'm in a state of no pain.Teeth wise. Excellent would recommend. Regards Roger.
The receptionist name unknown contacted me this morning to advise that my morning appointment had to be cancelled for the second time due to illness, which I accepted but attempted to discuss further to ascertain a time for rescheduelle. Her mannerisms from the offset were negative, her tone of voice was aggressive. It appeared she could not hear me clearly, although I could listen to her. She proceeded to hiss, sigh and put the phone down. I attempted to call back, however the practice is not open yet to accept calls, so she essentially called me out of hours. Very poor customer service skills and lacking professionalism. I will be making a formal complaint. And I hope that all telephone calls are recorded for reference.
Receptionist named sarah has a disgusting attitude, I would avoid at all costs because of her. Read the other reviews about the receptionist. She was verbally abusive when I asked if I could speak to someone else as she was not answering my question, all I wanted to know is if they were taking on new patients, I still do not know this because Sarah was so abrupt and abrasive. I am appalled.
I went on the 12th January to have a tooth out. So kind caring and gentle. Bedside manner is on point. Treatment is on point and the receptionist was lovely with fantastic customer service.
If I could give 10 stars I would I want to thank you for taking me on as one of your patients and if your looking for a good dentist then look no further these are absolutely amazing staff and Mrs Tulsa Malapati is the best dentist I have ever in my life had she is so reassuring and explains everything that’s going to happen and having a tooth out isn’t always nice but I can honestly say she is the best thankyou mrs s parkes
I went to this dental practise 8th Jan 2024 with no pain but went to have a check up as I could feel a small hole top my tooth , The dentist man in room 6 check my teeth didn't say which tooth needed filling just said need filling I can do it there and then bare in mind I've not saw this dentist before he didn't take not x-ray , I had the filling done and after the numbness wore off I had really bad pain I lasted till the Friday and the dentist man done an x-ray and said I need a deeper filling I ask if I can have white filling as I get mouth infections and he said no and done the deep filling , the next day the pain started again really bad pain I phone the dentist up and told them I am in pain still and want to change dentist I change to a lady dentist room 3 she seem nice and more comfort then the man , she done me a bite guard as I was bite down at night and wake up in pain , fast forward to 7feb 2024 im still in pain and tooth hurts to touch I went back to woman dentist and she told me the filling the man done has damage my nerve endings and need the tooth out , i have recently found a new dentist would avoid first dental bloxwich at all cost expes room 6 , the nurses there in room 6 is very snotty too , the young girl on the reception though is pleasant . avoid
Best dental practice I've ever been to, I'm due to visit soon
2 weeks ago in so much pain thank you to receptionist who got me in at short notice also to the dental team that treated me to root canal treatment thank you appreciate it no pain
I’ve been several times now and each time I’ve been made welcome and soon find myself relaxed. The staff are very friendly and the dentist I have a long with his dental nurse are fantastic. The receptionists are very polite and welcoming so your put at ease as soon as you walk, they constantly keep you up to date if there running behind. So all in all I would highly recommend.
Receptionist was rude on the phone. Called up to confirm my appointment as I haven’t received confirmation to be told it was last week and they text me, no they didn’t, turns out they’ve inputted my number incorrectly on their systems, she said as it’s my first appointment she can’t book me in again. Wouldn’t recommend best find another dentist.
