I've been using Salon 69 for nearly 18 years but that is sadly no more. I came in on Friday afternoon around 4:50pm and asked if they had time to cut my hair bare in mind the shop hours displayed are until 5:30. The look and reaction I got was less than welcoming even given that I knew the staff members I arrived late because I work until 4:45pm If you wish to shut at 5pm then display this or close down the shutter so no more people can enter the shop?? I wrote that off given it was a sweltering day and the staff most likely just wanted to get home. I've since returned to the shop last week to be told I can no longer use the salon and must find somewhere else to go as orders from the owner. Given the many years I've been a customer I haven't been given a proper explanation even after contacting a staff member directly. Haircuts - 5 Customer relations - 0
Usually they're good in here but I have been in when the hairdresser was rushing the job to go home and didn't finish my hair properly. I have it washed, blow dried and straightened and it should take an hour but she took 30 minutes and left the top part of my hair wavy/curly and only held the mirror to show the straight bits.
The guys in here are amazing my partner and my son's love going here as they cut their hairs properly they don't miss out one detail
The only place I trust to cut my sons hair. My son is severely disabled and wheelchair user. They are great with him. Big relief to find somewhere so good
Usually good but had to go elsewhere to get bad haircut fixed. Second salon I went to couldn't believe how bad the cut was.
Best hair cut I've ever had! Top class barbers
Been going to vince for 20 years, best barber in bloxwich by a country mile
