They are literally a 10 minute drive from my address (I am currently injured so couldn't collect my order) and immediately after ordering they added 20 minutes to my delivery time meaning a basic order of chips, gravy and a pie would take 1 hour and 10 minutes. My takeaway was due at 18:30 and at 18:26 I receive a notification stating they were delayed by another 20 minutes! I rang up to cancel as half of this food was for my god daughter who's bedtime is at 7pm so I had to cancel our treat and rush to make something else. The woman who I spoke to was rude and blunt and couldn't care less at the inconviniece caused.

The service is absolutely atrocious and quite frankly a joke. 

First and last time ordering from here.

Great chippy that also does pizza, kebabs etc etc! Also does home delivery, bonus!
