I rarely write reviews, but have been extremely impressed by the service provided by Premier Taxis. They have helped bail me out a few times and I can’t recommend their drivers enough who will go the extra mile to help.

Reliable service with text messages when the driver leaves and when the driver arrives. No hesitation in recommending this firm.

I booked a taxi for 2 and was given a time of 30mins to wait - perfect, no worries! Alas, 1 hour and 3 phone calls later I was informed that my taxi had picked up a different booking and was no longer available but I was invited to wait another 30 mins for a taxi. In and of itself this would only have mildly annoyed me. However, when coupled with a truly rude service offering no apology and questioning me as to whether I "actually booked with us because you've been picked up" - I clearly had not- I will not be using this service again and would suggest others avoid them too.

Fast reliable prompt service. Friendly and helpful drivers. Will definitely start using this taxi company as my first choice of travel in the future. If You are looking for a taxi in Grantham that`s the best choice.

Taxi driver took a detour. Went the long way round (normally drive home from station, is only 5mins in evening). When questioned, said it was because the short road was closed (it was not). Then, when dropping me off at home, zoomed past my house, all the way to the end of the street and had to drive all the way back up the street. Driver refused to let me out of the car and walk the rest of the way even when I insisted it was fine (at this point, I was fed up of him driving up and down the road and in circles to get more money). Driver did not offer any apologies for detour and nasty tactics used. When I was finally let out of the cab and called the company back to complain to whoever was in charge, the same driver picked up the phone, so was obviously, not very apologetic or useful.
