Very impressed with this Taxi Firm. Needed a Taxi at Eight of clock in the morning which I know is there busy time. A Taxi arrived right on time. Not Grantham Taxis but one they had asked to pick us up as wasn't able to get us to our destination in time. Will definatly use again

Ask for a taxi and the taxi driver said he turned up.. He didn’t! Double checked the address and he said he was on his way back.. No taxi turned up.. Called to query why.. Taxi driver raised his voice.. Hung up and got no service for which I was late arriving home.. Worst service

Total con artists!! Paid upfront for a two way journey only for them not to show up for the return journey. Although they admitted they were at fault they are refusing to refund any money. Such dishonest people - avoid at all costs

Do not get in the car with YS10 HZB. Very dangerous driver, tail-gating, speeding, texting while driving. Horrendous behaviour and extremely dangerous for other drivers on the road. Will be reporting.

What a mistake booking a cab with these .guys. They never appeared and then left us stranded. Don’t trust them.
