Do not use CB Taxis. Every once in a while, they get it right, but most of the time not. On one occasion, I asked for a pickup at the Isaac Newton Shopping Centre, and they sent the driver to the George. On another occasion, I booked a cab for 6, and they sent a car that can only take 4. The last straw was when a driver went an extra 1.2 miles according to Google Maps out of the way on my usual route. When I called to complain about the driver, the person who answered the phone said that the two routes were the same distance according to whatever device they use to keep tabs on things. Unreliable, incompetent, or malicious, I'm not sure. Either way, do not use.  Edit: Note the response from the owner below doubling down on the claim that the route was an identical distance, despite me sending them screenshots on Google Maps showing a driving distance of 4.9 miles, versus the normal 3.7 miles. Something is clearly wrong here.

Ordered taxi for family member .. took a little while to arrive .. But once in taxi had a great service very friendly helpful driver

Best taxi company I have used so far in Grantham, clean cars and very professional drivers.

Stayed over at a relatives in the area and booked a taxi with CB Taxis which arrived on time. The taxi driver insisted we had arrived at the address although we were not convinced  but as we were not familiar with the area got out of the taxi. It took an extra 15 min walk to get back to where we were staying. Poor service

Booked a taxi to the train station, took them over 20 minutes to assigned a driver after I had already missed my train.

Great service, used many times & will continue to. Received a booking text, text when taxi enroute and further text when they arrive.
