My beautiful wedding bouquet has now been preserved perfectly, the bouquet looks so similar to how it did on my wedding day and I am so grateful to Precious Petals and my Mum for making this happen. My sisters bouquet from her wedding 7 years ago is still going strong after Precious Petals worked their magic. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them!
The bouquet preservation is great and the flowers look lovely, and the recreated bouquet is very alike to the original. The only comment I would make is that they have darkened slightly in the process so aren’t exactly the same light colour as they were see pics but they are still very pretty and I’m very pleased with them. When we collected our daughter’s preserved wedding bouquet from Precious Petals, we were completely speechless! It is utterly beautiful, as wonderful as on the wedding day! We were in the safe hands of Nicky, who gave us caring advice, even down to including a buttonhole with bud roses from the collar of our daughter’s ring bearing dog! BRIDES AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Sent me the wrong bouquet in a catalogue of errors. I can’t believe that a service that supposedly prides itself in preserving irreplaceable wedding bouquets could fall so far beneath the mark. My maid of honour sent across my wedding bouquet the day after my wedding and I began making arrangements for my design. Firstly, precious petals lost my original order form. I then began receiving multiple spam emails and texts which were an irritation. I then received emails that were clearly meant for another bride - mentioning button holes which were never included in my order. Having lost all faith in the service, I requested a full refund and the return of my petals. As you can see from the photos, I had a pastel wedding bouquet with soft pinks, peach and white. What I received included red and blue petals and clearly weren’t from my bouquet. I called precious petals in tears where in my original phonecall I received no apology and an apparent disregard for my distress. I received a phonecall back from the manger Nikki - who confirmed that I had received the “off cuts” from another bride’s bouquet who had the same wedding date as me. I offered to return these as obviously didn’t want another bride to go through the same experience. I was told this wasn’t necessary which I found deeply concerning. Given that I was told to keep another bride’s flowers, I have zero faith that the flowers I will be receiving tomorrow will be mine. These petals are irreplaceable and the offhand manner in which I was treated was absolutely disgusting. All in all a horrendous experience and I wish I had chosen another reputable provider.
Had my bouquet preserved by Precious Petals. Great team, professional from start to finish. Can’t tell you how happy I was when I saw my flowers preserved beautifully in a stunning picture. A wonderful memory of a wonderful day.
Absolutely amazing flower display we got from here. Had so many people comment on how good it looks. Would recommend to anyone who wants to preserve a piece from their wedding day!
I often refer my brides to use Precious Petals to capture their bouquets forever and they are always so pleased with the results
