We engaged Paula and the team pre pandemic and after an 18 months delay we finally got married in December. Paula & Natalie were so helpful in rearranging our dates and setting up calls to discuss our flowers. As we had moved from a summer wedding to a winter wedding we had to change our colour scheme and had no idea what winter flowers were! Paula carefully guided us through , giving us different colour options and kept us on the loop throughout. We fully trusted Paula and her design ideas and as she was familiar with our venue it made it much easier . The flowers were beautiful on the day and we were so pleased with the end result. We couldn’t have imagined it any better!! Paula and her team created such a beautiful vision, it decorated the venue wonderfully. There was a small error where some flowers were not present on tne day as per contract but they were very quick to refund us and we’re very apologetic. They are extremely professional, hard working, excellent with communication, and creative artists! You wil not be disappointed..
We came to Paula rather last minute and asked if she would do the flowers for our wedding. She did an absolutely fantastic job! I showed her some images and I got exactly what I asked for - she has a great sense of scale and colour. The arrangements were breathtaking. Thank you, Paula!
Initially we thought we were going to receive a good service from this company but when it came to the actual florals and decor on the day, it was the biggest disappointment of the day. The project manager did not turn up on the day due to illness but did not send a suitable replacement. As a result,the team seemed like they were in chaos, were running late, placed centre pieces on the wrong tables. Me, myself and other suppliers had to step into help. The structure at the top of the aisle was about to fall as the photogtaphers were to photograph it and we had to call the team back in to fix it, 10 minutes before the ceremony was to start! The colours in the flowers were not as agreed and as in the mood board provided to us. Despite letting the company know of our complaints, not once did we receive any acknowledgement or response from Paula herself. They just told us to complete a piece of paper with our complaints. A single phonecall from someone senior would have made all the difference.
Paula and her team have been fantastic from start to finish and I would highly recommend them for any event or wedding!
friendly, knowledgeable and perfectionists. Willing to go.the extra mile to.make any occasion special. Creative and don't follow the crowd. Inventive and creative in all.that they do by far the best floristry design team in the south of England maybe even the UK?
