Used Nicola Florist for our wedding recently and couldn't fault them! Very friendly and helpful as we went in after visiting a different florist shop where we didn't get a good feeling from them. Nicola Florist staff were so helpful and talked us through our options and even put together a few flower types they had to show us a rough idea of what worked well together in a bouquet. They were also budget friendly and our flowers were all absolutely beautiful and arrived at the agreed time on our wedding morning. Thank you!
Popped in for 2 bunches of last minute birthday flowers. The staff member was particularly helpful, put the flowers together really quickly whilst I waited and the flowers came out looking really fresh and thoughtfully put together. Very impressed!
Only florist I found that put bunch flowers on my mum's bench at Basingstoke Crem for mothers day, As I live in Shropshire unfortunately I am still waiting for the photo of the flowers there, as proof of them being delivered , in memory of the my mum... I have given email address and you have my mobile number.. But I still await the photo..... . Still waiting for photos over 2 weeks later so I'll NOT be using you again so you have gone from 4 stars down to 2 stars...
Wonderful service, called at 9.30 on monday morning and dlivery by 2pm on the same day. Really friendly staff who were able to create a bouquet to my exact requirements. Really easy transaction. 100% recommend.
Ordered a Bouquet of flowers - 31/03/2020. Requested for delivery 05/04/2020 to an address less than 5 miles away from the Basingstoke Store. I received a confirmation Email regarding my order. And funds of £35 have been debited from my bank account. Checking on-line it states Nicola's Florist is Open but hours may vary. The Flowers I ordered have not been delivered. I have been calling them every day since the 06/04/2020 to claim a refund no answer and there is no recorded message to advise of the closure. I have also emailed and completed an online contact form and to date have not received a reply. I understand that in the current climate covid-19 that business may be disrupted. Cannot help but feel I have received poor customer service.
Forgot our anniversary was today something to do with a new puppy?! and ordered very early this morning. Delivered before lunch! Gorgeous arrangement- thank you!
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Could not deliver as ordered and paid for, and refusing a refund!!! False advertising stating flowers would be delivered the following day . Called in the morning and told actually their website lies and it wasn't true. Tried to call back with my card details and told after giving my details 3 times, clearly that I was being rude, hung up on, and now won't answer! I will be reporting fraud to my bank and am shaking from being spoken to so badly! STAY WELL AWAY. So sad for a local company to act in such a way, particularly at this time, when trying to show some love by sending flowers... very. very sad.
Watched the lady approach the door without the flowers and put a card through the door to say sorry she missed us. Was not quick enough to catch her but immediately got on the phone and the flowers were then delivered 15 minutes later with no apology. The flowers were a big disappointment and would not recommend this company.
Ordered a bouquet for wife's birthday to be delivered in the morning. They did not arrive . After phoning I was told that they were very busy and that funerals flowers took priority . If I wanted a guaranteed time I would have to pay an extra charge . Was not told this at time of purchase. I was very unhappy and cancelled the order.
The flowers may be fine. I don’t know. But if you’re trying to order from an address outside the UK, the website seems unable to deal with your order unless you have a UK post code. If you’re in the UK, they’re probably fine. If you’re not, I suggest not wasting half an hour trying futilely to place an order.
