I bought 65 inch LG TV from them. There is no issue in delivery of the TV but after I bought my TV, price got reduced of £50. Since they haven't delivered my TV yet at that time, I called to cancel my order. During my discussion with their customer care, their customer care representative mentioned that instead of cancelling the order, he can give me cash back of £25 and I agreed for that. He mentioned that it will take 5 working days to do the refund of £25. Until now I haven't received it and when I called them today to check the status of my £25 refund, they are saying they didn't promise anything. Don't believe their customer service. They are pure liars. It is not the matter of £25. But now I don't believe them any more. They lost my trust for just £25. UPDATE: Now they processed £25 cash back to me.

Bought a Bose SoundTouch 10, box was damaged, looked like it had taken a beating. Delivery driver throwing it over a 6ft gate didn't help. Unit does work, surprisingly.

They lied in their campaign advertising for the soundbar as qaulifing for cashback, and then they deny it ever happend. Scam, liers and cheats. They had me for 200£. Shame!

Try to breach consumer contract reg by stating they won't accept open boxes when item was bought on line. Not sure how they achieved a 5 star review on trusted pilot, it tricked my into buying from them. Won't make that mistake again.
