One of the most appalling stores in the UK, with poor customer service. I traded in my old laptop here and they offered me £115 which is good for a 4 year old budget hp laptop. Another customer was willing to offer me slightly higher but the stupid blonde woman who works there complained about me doing private trading when we only talking about offers! (Stupid idiot)I would not recommed buying from here they are the most lazy and disorgansised staff!! Hope the shop see this review!! and stay well away from here!!

What a waste of time and effort.
I went to cex ilford for my phone.
Assistant said 'come back in 30 mins so I did.
Then he said to give him another 5 mins. 
Forget 5mins igave him an extra 15mins. 
Then cex said the phone will have to go to their repair office and it could take upto 21 days.
Only when I got frustrated with their idiotic answers the word's BAD REVIEW came out of my mouth.
Just then they said they've solved the problem.
Now my Samsung J2 which I purchased from .them cost £135 and if i were to sell it back they'd give me £54.
If that's not coruption and don't know what is.
As I'm telling the truth in happy to leave my name.

Wanted a Google pixel, bought it, had a factory issue so my voice couldn't be heard in the calls, they made me replace it with a pixel XL they had in stock.
This pixel XL had the IMEI number blocked so I couldn't use any sim card with it, came back and explained the problem, they had another pixel XL in Dagenham so they reserved it for the day while I went to pick it up. Had to settle down for a white one instead of black and pay 10 pound more but this phone was in an overall better condition.
These procedures lasted about 10 days in total.

End of the story:
Great customer service and they will go length in order to help their customers, but an ordinary check on the issues the phones could have should be mandatory before selling them.

Also, if they suggest waiting for the delivery of a replacement phone from another shop don't accept it and go pick it up yourself.
They called and sent requests to the other shop telling me it would have been delivered in 3 days, after 5 I went and picked it up myself.

Firstly they gave me a appallingly low price for my phone. I then used the voucher online to buy a new phone, which was labelled as grade A. According to their description of grade A it is as good as new.

When I received the 'new' phone it was damaged, had dents all over it and the screen has not in place.

I am absolutely disgusted by their service, they low balled my trade in and made me pay extra to get a need phone which was broken out of the box.

I wouldn't recommend anyone go here or buy anything online. Stupid people with stupid prices
