Useful company for spare parts, keen prices & good quality products. I recently bought a Sturmey Archer sprocket from them, it was a genuine SA product. Only downside is that that you cant actually speak to anyone, their answer machine is always on saying their preferred method of contact is email, not always convenient if you need to ask a few questions. Also I preferred to pay by cheque, they did supply my order but said they prefer credit card/Paypal. BUT their terms & conditions clearly state they DO accept cheques. My order took 10days even though I sent a bankers draft which would not bounce. So owners need to take this on board & also have someone to answer the phone.
