Wanted a switch for a draper pillar drill about 30 years old Draper said it was no longer available. Spoke to The Power tool centre and they said they could supply one which they thought would do, if it turned out to be unsuitable they would refund my money and pay for return postage. In the event the switch was perfect although I had to modify the fitting which was no big deal. Very friendly and efficient staff especially Courtney. Would highly recommend The power Tool Centre Ltd.
I ordered a spare part for my blender online. Communication was smooth, quick and effective. There were some difficulties around sending the part where I am. The person I communicated with was responsive, understanding and sensitive to my needs. The part finally arrived with me packed very well it was fragile and in good time. I am really pleased with the service and definitely would use it again!
Bad bad experience at the Power Tool Centre took my Paslode finishing nailer to them and after they inspected it they contacted me and told me it was cheaper to buy a new gun. I went and collected the gun stripped it down removed the pin which was lodged in the chamber cleaned and put the gun back together and it is now working perfectly.This experience cost me £20 to be told I would be better off buying a new gun which cost in the region of £450 so needless to say I will never go to them ever again. I urge people to be very wary of this store. I had a similar experience last year with a chopsaw and was told the cost of repair which was more than the cost of buying a new one I hope people will avoid this store as I think they are very incompenant
Wonderful service and after care. Your still dealing with real people here and that makes all the difference. Very refreshing in a world dominated by robots and lack of care for its customers. Thanks PTC ltd for all you help. C
Unfortunately I had bad experience, I purchased Visegrip Irwin GV8 Groovelock Waterpump Pliers 200mm and they arrived bent, I’ve contacted them and they have asked me to send pictures which I did. They told me to send the product back and they will inspect and send me a replacement. For me were too much running around to sort it out and cost to send back, I went to a local shop and purchased a new and simply won’t purchase anything else from this Company, Kind regards
I would like to thank Power Tool Centre first, for the quick service That they got a new motor to me for my cordless drill and at a decent price. Secondly for the quick response for supplying me with an invoice that our accounts dept were chasing me for.. I will certainly be using them again. All the best Simon
I ordered a strimmer cap cover for a Black and Decker strimmer. Unfortunately it was the wrong model, so ordered another from Partshop same company only to find that was also wrong. Decided to phone them before returning the caps. The young lady on the phone was extremely polite, knowledgable and helpful. Turned out the part I require is no longer available, no problem they adapted one to suit my model. Can't get any better than that. It arrived when they said it would do and does the job perfectly. Very big thank you, will certainly be using them again.
Item easy to order on website. Item hadn’t arrived 6 days after dispatch so emailed them and they couldn’t have been more helpful, offered to send replacement or refund but item arrived that day.
Excellent !! Parts that originally arrived not correct Black & Decker fault. Exchanged for correct item & arrived promptly.. Brilliant customer service throughout !! Thank you
Absolutely amazing service. My order was processed and delivered to Canada within a week. So pleased they can provide parts for my Black & Decker equipment. I highly recommend Power Tool Centre.
