Love to visit and have a look in this store for tech items. The store is filled with products for all around the house. The store is located in speke speke retail park so there is plenty of parking available. There are also disabled parking spots available at the front of the store. There are samples of the products on display so you can see the product before you buy. There are staff around the store who are willing to help if you need it, but I would advice you take someone who knows about the technology so they don't sell you unnecessary items. Some can be a little pricey but sometimes they has great deals on, so keep an eye out if you are after a certain item.
Wanted an electric cooker that was a black Friday offer, the staff member said it was out of stock even though there was one on display. I was told to come back after the first of December when I could order one then, but she couldn't guarantee that it would be the Black Friday price. The staff member was perfectly pleasant, but I feel could have been a little bit more helpful by maybe letting us preorder one at the Black Friday price. Anyway we went elsewhere.
The sales staff and general staff are always pleasant and polite. Very good kitchen products and pray they stay in business since a lot is online. Choosing the right product in front of you is a blessing. You get what you see.
If you want to stand around and wait 30 minutes to talk to someone, then another 15 for them to check the stock. Then another 20 for them to order stock they hardly ever have stock in store to arrive in store in 3-5 days, not to your home as this will take longer and they can't give you an exact date. Another 15 minutes to take your details. Then have the inevitable 10 minute waffling hot aired nonsense about extended warranties after telling them repeatedly that they're not worth the toilet paper they're written on. Only then to be told after 3-5 days that the order is delayed and will be another 7-10 days at least they have no idea really. Then this is the place for you. Otherwise just go online and complete all this in under 3 minutes and get the item delivered next day to your address of choice.
I went in to upgrade my phone. The young woman who helped me was lovely and helped me decide on the best deal for me. When she needed help from others, they too were polite and helpful. Thank you to all who helped me today.
Long story cut very short I suffer with very bad anxiety an mental health I had to drop my daughters Chromebook off to be repaired which on a good day it was taking in I had to wait in the car a member of staff came out an spoke to me about my dog he couldn’t of been any nicer fast forward 3 weeks they couldn’t repair said chrome book bearing in mind it’s been over 3 months now so I had to go and get her a new one with a Evoucher I went in the shop took me 30 mins to actually get the courage to go in as no one could go for me I went in the over to we’re said Chromebook’s were an couldn’t find one so I asked the missing member of the inbetweeners for help to be told there weren’t a Chromebook avail for her I asked could he help me find one to be delivered as I am no good with all this computer phone stuff to be told I would again have to look myself online code for I carnt be bothered go away so I went over to the till to ask for help to be met with a lady who yes would of rather been anywher but there I have never felt so much of a burden n all my life even my 11 year old daughter told me to leave it 3 times because of the way I was treated by her huffing and puffing at me like the big bad wolf fast forward a hour later still no Chromebook and said lady angerly tapping away huffing and puffing I left said store with no chrome book in the end my 11 year old daughter learnt how to order her own Chromebook Currys shouldn’t be employing people who clearly don’t wanna be there or at least find out why the staff don’t want to help customers
Unable to speak to a manager online, there's no where to put on online review, I have a warranty issue and curry's agents are honestly so rude, I asked for a same day exchange as I need the item to do my work, I asked for a manger as the ocnversation was going around in circles with no real answer and they put the phone down on me. The agent on the chat lied to me in the first place so I called and this happened.
Visited earlier today with a number of queries related to cordless vacuum's. I met with 'Leah' who definitely went the extra mile, given she was very polite personable and professional . Thank you ! I spoke with 'Harry' also ,and he too assisted with my enquiry.
DISGUSTING!! So called manager Wayne failed on two separate occasions to get the basics right. Very poor customer relations. I will never step foot in this store again.
Shocking . No staff. I walked out without buying the tablet I had chosen. I saw one member of staff on the floor who told me to wait by the tablet and someone would assist me. Still waiting!!!!! Whilst I was there…. Waiting ….. another customer was also wanting to purchase a tablet and another customer wanted help who had come back as he had experienced the same lack of service the previous day . Don’t waste a journey to this site.
