Bought a new washing machine best value dealt with a lovely member of staff Tony F. He had a wealth of knowledge re appliances. Delivery was smooth and prompt and delivery guy was so helpful. Over all 5 star rating and will definitely do business again with Power City.
I bought a fridge in this kip. When I got it home the lead was way too short to reach the socket. When I attempted to exchange it for a different fridge with a slightly longer lead they point blank refused. They claimed it wasn't faulty but who checks the lead size when you're buying a utility.Scumbags. I'll never shop there again.
Not happy. Bought Bluetooth earphones there. I was told which ones to get as cheaper ones would "fall out of your ear." The more expensive ones fell out of my ear, and one broke apart. Took them back with the receipt three days after purchase and was told it was my fault, so they were not responsible. If I'd made something up, they may have done something about it, but they left me high and dry with a useless pair of earphones. They have lost a customer now.
Good place to go. it's well laided out. Lots of items and deals. The only problem is that the floor staff, if they see a person they should approach the person asking them if they need help. My experience is that I always found a person sitting on a seat next to a computer. The cashier is friendly .
Had to collect tv from this store,staff member sorted out very quickly and I was on my way within 15 minutes.
I visited Power City Tallaght with a view to buying a fridge freezer. I was in the shop for 5 to 7 minutes looking at, measuring and opening doors of same. I was not approached by any of the sales staff and I walked out. Very poor service , the weekend discussions were much more important than serving a customer. I bought elsewhere.
As always had what I needed at a good price but the wait was a bit long for them bringing it out from the back
Always helpful and knowledgable staff, my first stop when searching for new electrical goods .
This store is here for a long time and continues to offer excellent service and value.
Great value loads of offers and excellent friendly service. Won't shop anywhere else for electrical products
