I phoned in advance to ask for more detail on a wheelchair for my 95yr old Dad. Philip was really helpful and made an appointment for the same day to view a few options. When I arrived Ethan another staff member took care of me as Philip was helping another customer. Ethan was very genuine in his customer service and willingness to.clarify any queries. I purchased the wheelchair and felt confident in the choice made. Philip joined the conversation and his experience really helped make the decision. He had assisted me a few years ago when purchasing a different wheelchair. Great authentic customer service and I'd recommend Murray's to any family member trying to find ways to improve the quality of life for a loved one. Thanks Philip and Ethan Maria
I needed a support cushion for my Mum, after a phone call to Murray's they confirmed that the two I was comparing were in stock, both were put aside for me. I dropped in to their Tallaght showroom the next day and can't fault the service I received.
We are altering bathroom for our 89 year old mother. We had an OTs report with advice but still finding it very difficult as we knew nothing. So a special thank you to Ethan in Tallght today who was very patient with us, explained, offered options and double checked specifications we needed e.g what type of bed/matress we needed lift for. Left feeling happy and more confident. Thank you Ethan !
My Mother needed some mobility assistance and we went to Murrys for a Walker. We had the pleasure of being taken care of by Tagh or Saint Tagh as we now call him. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and respectful. There was a lot of resistance from my elderly Mother and Tagh gently explained and understood her needs. Thank you.

If you require attention to detail and professional prompt service...Do Not deal with this company....why do they ship order before they have done a quality control check...why do they throw a wheelchair in a box with out any packing... why does it take them 4 weeks to process order..dont blame the virus!! They have been like this since we started dealing with them.... frustrating and annoying...we keep hoping their service improves..it never does.
