Normally would give 1 star based on previous experience but this time contacted with JAN and this guy was helpful and convinced me to stay with Tree for another 2 years. Otherwise I was already looking to move to different provider. JAN was helpful with good interpersonal skills and understanding of the situation.
Stay away as far as possible. Due to their joke of a service I purchased the wrong phone on Saturday afternoon, went back on Sunday to return the fully intact phone with the wrapper and seal. Only to my surprise they refused to accept it back! True reflection of the bad reviews indeed!

I would avoid at all costs!! The only nice person in the shop on the two occasions I visited was the trainee who seemed very eager to help out and learn. Both members of staff on the two occasion I went were unwilling to help. They made me feel stupid in the shop saying that I must be doing something wring because there is no way of what I was saying being possible but when I phoned customer care they were able to sort and understand the problem I was having in under 5 minutes and were very reassuring that the problem would be fixed in a day or so. Not a nice interaction on both occasions with the staff that work here!
Zero help. Unwelcoming situation. False information. Miss guidance. Stopping customer's to join three network. Today we had such a bad experience with this shop and there staff. They wasted our 1.5 hour. Today me and my family decided to migrate from Vodafone to Three service and buy/activate Three broadband, we came this shop and they gave us so much false information. And were trying to migrate our sims, they couldn't do it in 1.5 hour and then said we can't because all operators will be off come tomorrow. Like there was still 30 mins in closing time and they didn't completed our work. So much disappointed. I love Three network so called three shopping centre in Dundrum and they said come and we will do it for you and they did. This shopping is not an identity of Three network. Please avoide going there. False information. No mood to work. People go there as only shop in centre.
Avoid at all cost!! Unwelcomed!! Falsi information!! Went to get a WiFi box as we have just shifted to a new house and due to remote working needed a WiFi Box for the next day. The only service at home we were getting was three so me and my husband decided to switch from our networks to three and also get a WiFi box as it was the only good service we were receiving at home. Went to the three store at tallagh and the told the guy everything and that we NEED the WiFi box. He was eager to help but maybe because he was on training that's why he didn't have much knowledge of the product so asked someone else to help. We were there for about an hour or so and at 6pm we were told sorry we were told we ate closed so u will need to come back tomorrow. We were shocked as we had been there for an hour and now jump 6 they were saying we close closed! We asked them simply switch our numbers to 3 network as we need Internet for the morning for work but they were not at all interested in helping us or providing us any service! They said for migration they needed to send the request to the headoffice for approval and that the WiFi does not have any signals in our area! Took them an hour to realise all this !! Fast forward we looked up another 3 store in Dundrum and I called them to ask can we migrate our numbers from our network to three and the person said yes. This was at 6.10 and I told them we will be there in 20 mins and they said no problem. Went there and our work was done within 20 minutes ! Got our networks changed and also got our WiFi box and the guy explained everything to us so clearly and nicely. The one at tallagh said we do not provide a service in wicklow and also was trying to tie us to a contract and the one in dundrum said if it doesn't work come bk and we will sort it out and now we are at home and our net is working perfectly. Felt very unwelcomed at tallagh and I felt they just wanted us out at 6pm ! Another guy was asking for information since 30 minutes and was also told at 6 sorry we have no information!! The poor guy was gutted just like us! Horrible experience at tallagh!
Decided to visit here to update my phone plan. Was told by an employee that this wasn't possible for at least another 3.5 weeks due to a number of reasons. I came home, went to Three online chat, my phone plan was updated and activated within 10 minutes without any problems. Avoid this Three store, don't seem to know what they are talking about based on my experience.
I was served by Evan, very helpful. Asked me the right questions and answered all my questions. I had an issue accessing my 3 account after leaving, I went back and although Evan was physically unable to help, he gave me the right advice and I was able to access the account shortly afterwards.
Worst customer service experience of my whole life! I wish I could give 0 stars. We dealt with a guy who accused us of already upgrading told me I’d placed an order and my phone would be delivered, showed him my app and he still insisted his system said I ordered my upgrade. I asked him to show me where he can see I’ve ordered or an order number he said he can’t see it but he knows we ordered. He told me to go home and call customer care and sort my issue with them. I told him I came to buy my upgrade and am not leaving without it as I know I did not pay for a phone nor have an order number or anything for one. Went into my app and turned out there was an item in my basket which I deleted and asked him was that it he sighed and said yeah and then said I must have cancelled my original order and why did I do that! I explained I emptied my basket. His system then went down apparently and he told me he finished at 6pm so at 17:50 he said he has to get ready to shut and it won’t be today. Was last phone in store so I asked to hold until the morning and I’ll take time off work to come collect it and he said no if a customer asks for it he would sell it but funny enough the guy beside me asked them to hold a Samsung for him and they said no problem! The staff in this store clearly need more training on how to use their systems and in customer service. The guy was so rude and unhelpful and clearly his only priority was getting customers out so he could go home. Working in sales and customer service as a manager I would never step foot in nor let any of my family, in this branch again. We drove to dundrum and the lady catriona out there was so helpful and couldn’t have been more apologetic about the behaviour of the staff in tallaght.
