Good place for most home and food products and reasonably priced. Staff are some what helpful when there is staff around. May sometimes take a while at the tills to their lack of technology and scanners being temperamental

Always plenty of bargains and new stock in all the time. Have great seasonal stuff. I really like their choice of cards and paper, all at a good price too.

Very few staff for such a big store. Pet hub is well stocked, but very poor if you need to feed a puppy or kitten. Truck loads for adult dogs and cats though. Staff have no idea where anything is, which is annoying. Till staff aren't very welcoming and found it a moaning ground for them to complain to us about lack of breaks and no extra staff to help at busy times. Just shop and go here, no enthusiasm from staff at all, which is a shame

The products are usually imported known brands, with stickers overlaid across the labels. Sometimes difficult to decipher! Staff here are usually helpful and every now and then you can pick up something relatively cheaply. However, be warned, you might end up with a hefty bill at the till as one sometimes forgets that the items as cheap as they are all add up. Parking is horrendous as the majority of spaces are taken up by the gym users based in the same unit. Lighting is also bad in tge car park for those shopping later in the evenings. Be aware of traffic on match days when Leicester are playing at home as the roads can either be blocked or completely closed off.

Cheapy low budget stock that certainly stretches the pound but only slightly might be a nicer place to visit if the staff were happy to be there or maybe they lace their own water supply with prozac and gin
