I left my 2 bengals at hazlehurst for a couple of days, very easy to book and the owner is friendly and approachable.
On collection, my cats had fallen out with each other (not normal for them but the change seemed to have made them insecure and frightened) so it was a bit of a nightmare to get them into their carrier! The owner was so calm and helpful he lent us an extra carrier and calmly dealt with my frightened cat peeing on him 😔 it was clear he did everything he could to help make my cats comfortable.
Very impressed with how he handled not only the cats but also panicked owners and our crying baby!

Used this catering a few times for our 3 furballs.
Really great people that lovingly care for your extended family while your away.
Always to try and book in advance but have been great short notice for us in the past. Highly recommend.

By far the best cattery in Leicester.
Really friendly staff and a very happy cat when you pick them up after staying. 10/10

The staff and owners at Hazlehurst cattery are great. They always take good care of our precious cat and he always comes back relaxed and happy (and well fed). Would recommend to anyone who needs a hotel for their little feline.

Our two cats stayed with Hazelhurst recently and when we go away again, we'll be looking to have them stay with Hazelhurst!

They came back just as demented as we left them, overly bouncy to be home (naturally) and best of all, still happy and healthy!

Hazelhurst even went through the effort of returning a soft toy that had been left in their enclosure, one that they both had missed as they went utterly mental when they saw it again.

Recommended for anyone who wants a caring and safe hotel for their furry weirdo's.
