Great shop. Stuff is well priced obviously. But the reason I go in that they have products that can't be purchased easily elsewhere. They sell what I can only guess are trial products that didn't take off as expected and are then sold off through discount stores. I've found some great stuff, particularly soft drinks that are really tasty. However once they're sold out that's it.
I really love the bargains and the variety of products. The most annoying thing is the proper price of any item in the shop is never to be seen. I've been in retail for a long time and it's a must to make a shopping experience an easy one for customers. Up selling in this store never happens because of how the stock is presented. This is the reason I have given 3 stars.
They have a wide range of product's. Some at a good price and some I can get cheaper elsewhere. They've reduced the size of their bags to the point they don't hold much!
Such a pleasure to shop in, this store has everything you need for the home and garden. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. All this with low prices, just brilliant

Every Poundstretcher seems to operate a policy whereby they do not display prices on items they are trying to off load. Always check your receipt. Because I have caught them out more than 4 times overcharging. You then have to wait 5 days for the refund to reach your card. I preferred the old Bridge Street Store. Staff were always available. This Poundatretcher Store is very short on staff. Managers don't stay long
nice & spacious but found alot of items did"nt have the price displayed
Decent prices, good options, but so far I have gotten two products that have been out of date
