I bought a Penguin mouse, I followed the hand size guideline but it turned out to be too big for my hand so I decided to return it for a medium size. I returned the item (paid 10 pounds for a registered mail service, as they clearly state no refund will be submitted if the item gets lost or damaged) and after a few days I get refunded, the refund is 7 pounds less than what I paid for in the first place. So all of the sudden I'm almost 20 quid down just for returning the item. Don't buy online unless you get to try the items first, size is critical for ergonomics, people shouldn't pay extra for a size swap. its a joke.

Wonderful customer services: I got in touch several years after buying a piece of equipment when I had lost an accessory and they couldn't have been more helpful.
