My family + I have always had excellent service from this practice. If you need an urgent appointment the staff will find a way to get you seen or at least a phone conversation with a gp. I often use the online booking service for appts + repeat scripts, it's so easy to use. All in all I think their service is brilliant.

When I eventually saw the doctor she was nice, though she did have a stimking cold, but my appointment was at 17.10 and I saw the doctor at 18.00 with no mention of the delay from reception staff.

Staff at reception spot on never had issues with always smiling full of good attitude never had issues with this place up untill a new doctor was there seen him today and his attitude is disgusting. Will be reporting him..apart from that never had issues

Standard medical center, never amazing for appointments but no where in Selby is.

Very good practice, however after changes it's harder to get to see your doctor which is disappointing. But all the doctors are great and friendly and other staff as well.
