I wanted to get my ID docs to b verified. The Ashton Post office website clearly shows that this branch provide this service. I travelled 20 miles , only to be advised that this Post office does not provide this service. Post office can provide better service by updating their website so that people like me are not misguided.

Having said that the staff member advised me to go to Hyde post office . I shall go there when it opens tomorrow. 😖☹️

Went to renew driving license only to be informed that the position would not be open until after 12.30pm. No prior notice of this anywhere and so made a wasted journey.
It does not surprise me that post offices are closing when their level of service is so consistently poor.

a bit of a disinterested staff, they make you wait during working hours for them to finish their coffee or whatever conversation they were having. This happened to my wife who was polite enough to wait, cause when i went in and started being loud they suddenly remembered they had a job to do....wankers
