I have been using this post office on a daily basis for the past year or more - I have found all staff to be friendly, efficient and extremely professional, not to mention honest, reliable and trustworthy. The customer service is second to none ! and a vast improvement on previous management/ownership There is now a pleasant happy friendly safe atmosphere, making both the shop and post office a pleasure to use. Cannot praise or recommend this post office and shop highly enough!!
Received the worst customer service experience in my life, Staff behind post office counter on personal phone while customers were waiting. This place has gone down hill since new management took over 2 years ago. Own staff also complain about attitude and behavior of this particular individual behind the post office counter. You cannot speak and treat your customer like that. From these threads...seems like there is a common trend...Please learn... this is not how you run a business.
Just started using this post office. I don't understand why staff have to be so overtly rude to you for absolutely no reason? Why?. People like this don't deserve customers if they can it behave in a polite manner. Beggars belief that this is allowed to continue. Will give it another couple of visits to see if there's an improvement. If not, then I will use another post office. Last return ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL SERVICE. It just gets worse. This is why the Post Office is falling apart. They should have it removed from them and given to people who can treat customers with a little respect. My advice is to find another Post Office unless your desperate.
As others have mentioned, The owner is very unhelpful and rude.Always have issues no matter what the transaction.
Just like others have said, The owner is very rude and abrupt. Most other staff are polite and friendly. The store needs to remember,its the public who use the store and therefore pays their wages. Needs to Step up big time.
I have used the post office services ,shop and have had my newspapers delivered from here for 30 plus years .After constant rudeness ,lack of manners and zero interaction from the owner ,who manages to serve you without acknowledging you whilst constantly on his phone, I will no longer be using this shop.
To those who have left poor reviews...I use this Post Office sometimes on an almost daily basis. They are extremely helpful with excellent people skills, excellent service! I sell on line and would thoroughly recommend this Post Office.
Awful- they put the wrong postcode on my parcel. The parcel is not missing. The man hung up on me when I called to explain and now won't answer any calls
extremely rude staff, dont know why they are doing post office when they dont know how it works and handle its busy periods. Will avoid in future
