It's a horrible place for young people trying to get out and find a job. There's no way of calling to explain your situation and what you want to do for work as you can not get through. When you visit they love to make you feel intimidated.

What a waste of space..there's no way to access income support ESA or pip here..when you ring you end up on hold for minimum 20 mins costing a fortune no one on benefits has....staff appear judgemental and hostile...glad I only have to go once a month..
