Old womans attitude stunk, was very rude towards me because I used parcel tape to stick the return address on, apparently even the tinyiest bit of tape over the fancy 'Royal Mail' logo means they can not take your parcel. The way she treated me she expected me to know everything like I was the delivery driver or something. Never going back again.

Went in to send off and renew my driving licence. Women was very rude and told me that the post offices don't do it anymore, even though it said I could on the letter. Not helpful at all
