Moving from outside the area I'm really frustrated and frankly disgusted with Care for your Area dept of Stockton Borough Council.. There's a local term I've discovered that is used, it being "Care Less for your Area" which is very fitting. From being fobbed off with typical "Nothing to do with us" to some times literally being told "Oh well I don't know, I'm not from round here, I'm from Middlesbrough"! Get rid of this useless Care Less for your Area dept! Money saved!

No one answers the phone or replies to emails what is the point of this council

Almost all of the issues I report get quickly resolved.

I'm sorry to say this but I think your bin men are really incompetent as I they have lost the keys to our secure car park so many times and are not man enough to admit it so once again our bins have not been emptied and again it's a bank holiday so bin chutes are going to be blocked.
