Needed to send a small parcel. Went before work. It says "opens at 0900" on the door. By 0905 there was no sign of anyone, so I left as some of us need to get to work on time. Returned in my lunchhour. There was only one person serving. Apparently, the other cashier had gone to lunch. It took 15 mins to serve the person in front of me. By the time I was served the queue was to the door. There was no apology for the wait. That is the way it is when the interests of the staff outweigh the interests of the customers. Why does going to a post office have to be so painful.

This post office seems to do everything that the company offers. The staff know what to do in every situation and have been helpful when questions are asked. There can be long ques, but sometimes you set seen straight away.

There is always a mega queue here and the staff are not the most vibrant!

Pot luck with the staff. Some are very helpful and friendly but one of them is the exact opposite
