Sometimes have to wait for long time. And closes before 5:30 sometimes

Rude and very unhelpful - I have a hearing problem and the lady wasn't interested wouldn't even open the door to talk to me. Arrived at 5.27 to collect a parcel and they had already shut, meant to shut at 5.30. If I could rate at 0 stars I would as there was 0 customer service.
