Few things can be more frustrating than having a 9-5 job and needing to post something (I know, first world problems...). This COULD be helped by post offices who stay open so that when you rush back to post something on time it's still open. Unfortunately this place closes before 5.30 - I arrived at 5.25 and it's lights off doors locked - so plan ahead and don't rely on them being open when there's an opportunity to head home early.

Given 2* instead of 1 because the staff are nice once you get in and there's rarely a queue that doesn't move swiftly.

You've only got to stand in the queue in this Post Office to see how much the staff have to put up with. The staff here are awesome and the knowledge they have is second to none. I've had the pleasure of being helped by Emma on a few occasions and she has made each enquirey very easy for me. Top marks!

Helpful staff. There may be queues but that is not the fault of the staff!

Very unhelpful staff.  Claimed not to understand the "online stuff" when apparently not enough postage had been paid on an international parcel. Was simply told to go and pay the correct postage online and return the next day.
