Busy Friday and only one cashier on at 10.40 with about 16 people waiting. Very inconvenient for everyone there

It is a bit busy at times but the staff are excellent and willing to help you with most issues. I find first thing on a Saturday pretty quiet.

This branch is very small. I would avoid this branch if possible, I went 5 times this year because i had no choice. The cue will be at least 8-10. 3 windows, usually 2 working and one is counting money kind of ignoring the long cue and do her own jobs! shouldnt it be customers first?! Everytime I go the cue will be min 30min! The reception usually empty. Theres one staff will come out of a small room to ask the cue anyone with non cash dealings. I was once in that room. The staff was not professional. Little bit rude and sarcastic when u ask and double ask questions.
