The Post Office counter team are absolutely fabulous and provide a great range of services Including helping with passports and Driver's licenses. The shop side of the business has got a good range of stationary supplies, ideal for a small business. They also an excellent range of convenience store food, newsagents, tobacconist and nick naks.
A prime example of why there will never be a "Great" in front of Britain again!! How can I make the easiest of jobs an impossibility and create the greatest inconvenience to the customer attitude. In the time taken to argue that what I wanted to do takes too long, it could have been done. Will avoid this place like the plague in future!
I visit the post office multiple times each week to drop of my Royal Mail and Evri parcels. Service is always polite. Most of my items are large letters packages and often I’m within the measurements. The team are really good at looking at my parcels and identifying the ones that I’ve accidentally padded too much enabling me to cancel my online label and purchasing through the post office so my customers don’t get hit with a postage fee there end, I appreciate the good job the team do
I visit this branch about two or three times a week and have been for several years now. The staff are fun and friendly and put up with my boring requests without any issues, and are happy to help with any queries. It makes a difference to see a team who clearly enjoy their work and seem to work well together, having visited a lot of post offices over the years where the atmosphere is tense or unwelcoming. An asset to Burnham
What a gem of a place. Free parking near by and such friendly, helpful service. In the absence if any banks on the High Street any more, thankfully I could pay cash in there. Thank you ladies working on a Saturday.
Been here twice to renew car tax on 2 different vehicles which I was unable to purchase online. Both times the staff were so helpful and made the process easy. I think this Post Office is a great asset to Burnham on Sea. Well done.
Poor customer service, I’ve never posted a passport before so wanted some friendly advice on the best way to do so…. Refused to sell me a envelope, refused to let me use Their pen. Sorry we don’t share pens. A grip is needed. Shocking behaviour

Hi I’m looking for a lady who lost her purse outside the post office about a week ago that was handed in by my neighbour and you went back and collected it, can you please go in the post office and leave your phone number as he needs to talk to you about something important, just leave your number and he will contact you. Politely rude,and obsessed with self importence making a easy task difficult for the customer. Other customers found the staff member comical. Customer service ..!!!.ha were doomed as a nation.
