Drove all the way from Bury only to realise shop was closed as 90% asian clothes shops were.l, found out from locals you don't open until 1pm!!! What sort of business are you running I waited until 12.15pm some of us have responsibilities can't hang around for you guys to wake up!! Try updating your opening hours !!

I went into the shop and met with an old lady at shop and her assistant. I went in with my mother. The old lady asked in an inappropriate tone 'What are you looking for?' we replied saying we have come to look for a nikah dress for a family member. She then asks rudely, Whats your budget? and we asked if we could look around. She then spoke to my family member saying, STOP RUNNING AROUND LIKE SAND AND ASKING QUESTIONS. TELL ME WHAT YOUR BUDGET IS OR YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME. She was also shouting at her co worker saying STOP WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THEM THEYRE BUDGET IS LESS. This really hurt us as we wanted to look around for different designs. I got angry and spoke to the woman saying, she should speak nicely and not in a rude manner or customers wont return to the shop again. She then in a high headed proud tone replied ' IVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WHERE CUSTOMERS DONT RETURN. I HAVE ALOT CUSTOMERS. she just spoilt the shopping experience for us. Salute to the co worker who was bearing this woman. overall, customer service was really bad due to this woman. we didnt look around shop properly and left. This woman should not be working at the shop as she spoils peoples/newly brides shopping experience by being rude and giving very bad customer service.

I went to the shop today as one of my friends recommended. I went in to see some bridal dresses and the styles. First thing i said to that aunty i am looking for bridal dresses and she said you are only window shopping for now. We do appoiintments only and she can book me one when my mum or my sis in law is with me.. okay so i said thats oky but I am am adult I don't need someone to decide my bridal dress for me its my choice. Bad service there. Than i looked around shop to look at some clothes and I liked one dress so i took out and hanged it on one rail and thaught to take a pic to show my mum as she was not thete and that aunty started saying in such a rude way you cant take pics you should take permission, alright i said sorry i am just showing my mum. I didny take any pic. Than she walked towards me while i was still looking at dress and she said hang the dress back. She was extremely rude .... i said oky aunty you dont have to be rude and walked out of the shop.. I felt like crying walking out that shop. Pathetic customer service, no girl wish to walk in a bridal shop and come out of it with tears. I would never visit it again. I will also find a way out to complain about the pathetic customer service provided.. all humans should be given human rights and treated with respect..  0 rating out of 10. pathetic customer service.. first learn to be gentle and show some respect

Went in today looking for a dress to wear at my sisters wedding... the owner was there and she was absolutely so helpful and kind... loved the dress and was worth the price... I recommend this store to everyone....but go at the store when the actual owners are their not the old woman...coz looking through other reviews I guess some people went in at the wrong time and day...

Always love shopping here. All my fancy clothes are from here since 1991. Excellent service.

Avoid avoid and avoid shocking service rude customer service if things go well it’s fine but if they go wrong it will never be fixed not there for a service it’s there to scam people

Poor & rude customer service recieved from the old woman shop keeper at Poshaak! She has no idea how to speak nicely to people & was trying to spark an argument with myself and other customers. I’m 100% sure she doesn’t want customers to return. Unprofessional. The actual owners are lovely but weren’t in today.

They sell some lovely clothes here. Make sure you allow plenty if time if you are ordering clothes in. Mine came wrong and it was a last minute stress to get it fixed. Nadeem genuinely loves what he does and goes out of his way to make your outfit come together. He even came to my home several times for fittings and provides an amazing service considering i didnt buy one of the expensive dresses.
