Having never used a cat hotel before and not knowing what to expect, I was blown away by the level of care Viv offers. We looked before our cat went and stayed. It was clean and the other cats looked at home there, the space each cat gets in their ‘pen’ is quite generous. Viv puts a lot of her time into each cat that stays with her, and a bonus is she sends a lovely video each night which was welcomed. Highly recommend Posh Paws Cat Hotel and will be using her again in the future. Thank you Viv. Xx
I had never used a cat hotel before and it’s safe to say I will never use another! As soon as I saw the hotel and met Viv, I felt comfortable and that my cat would be in the next best hands! I came to visit and could see how all the cats who were in the hotel were happy and comfortable and all loved Viv. The video updates I got daily were a lovely touch that made me feel even more comfortable with my cat being there. He came back happy as always which was amazing to see My cat will 100% be coming back to stay with Viv!
I'd never boarded my cat before and I didn't really know what to expect. Viv welcomed me to view the cattery before Sonny's stay and explained how she cared for each guest while they were there. Every night we were away I received a video which showed my boy was being thoroughly loved and well cared for. Moreover I could see that he was very taken with Viv and welcomed all the fuss and stroking. Would recommend to others without hesitation. Have already booked again!
I feel as though I’ve won the lottery by finding Viv and her cat hotel. My two cats have just spent a fortnight with her. The place is spotlessly clean with plenty of enrichment and cuddles provided. The daily videos were very reassuring and the cats have returned home healthy, happy and extremely relaxed. I will definitely be using Posh Paws again - thank you Viv for your dedication.
The absolute best Cat Hotel. Viv the owner adores cats and looked after Braxton superbly - including giving him his medication. We even received a daily WhatsApp video! The cats have lots of individual space and they all looked very contented. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Viv, or Auntie Viv, as we call her, is amazing! She cares for all the cats as if they were her own. The hotel has lovely guest suites, with different beds, levels, and cat tree. There is gentle music playing during the day and wonderful a aromatherapy smell to help the guests relax. PoshPaws is only a small cattery, so each cat gets plenty of attention. A wonderful place run by a lovely lady, who will do anything for your cat. I wouldn't put my Libby anywhere else!
My cat stayed here for two weeks. Viv was very professional and knowledgeable, sent me videos of my cat throughout the week letting me know how she was. When we picked her up, she looked very healthy and happy. We will definitely be using this place next time we go away.
This is the first time I have used a cat hotel. Viv was accommodating for drop off and pick up times and made me feel at ease leaving my new cat for the first time. The suites are beautifully designed and have lots of stimulations. I could see from the daily videos being sent that Nahla was bonding with Viv and exploring her surroundings once she felt more confident. I am very happy with the overall experience and will use Posh Paws again.
Our kitten biscuit has spent two amazing weeks at posh paws. We recieved videos everyday on her progress and I knew she was well looked after. Thank you very much for making the experience easy for us to handle. Will definitely use again and recommend you to others.
Our 3 cats have just had 1weeks stay at Posh Paws Hotel, and we would highly recommend. We viewed beforehand, and were very impressed. We have used catteries in the past, but this is the best by far, and would never go anywhere else. Viv is an amazing person, and her attention to detail is second to none. One of our girls is quite anxious, but with Vivs love and attention, she appeared very happy and content, which was shown in the daily Whatsapp videos we received. An added bonus was the cats tv, showing fish swimming, which we have now adopted at home. We cannot thank Viv enough for looking after them, and they all look forward to their next stay.
