Eleanor and her whole family made our petstay experience amazing. She and all of her family gave our collie Dornie the most amazing care while we were on holiday. We got regular updates as to how he was settling in, which was extremely reassuring for us and laid our minds to rest so we could enjoy our holiday. Eleanor took gorgeous photos and sent us loads, we really appreciated this! All in all, I think Eleanor has been our best dog sitter ever, and we would love to have her and her lovely family to look after Dornie again.  We liked the company Petstay too, it was easy to set up our pet care, our sitter was very well matched to our Dornie. All in all, a great service, I would give 6* if I could! Many thanks :

We were really nervous about leaving our dogs for the first time however Gillian and her family couldn't have been nicer. They sent updates every day, lots of photos and were in constant contact.  I would 100% use this service again,  can't recommend enough.

Lisa was wonderful with Jet. We had regular pupdates and were quickly reassured she had settled well. She got lots of walks, playtime and cuddles and is looking forward to returning to Lisa for her summer holiday.

My Lhasa Apsos Mikey & Millie are just back from their second  stay with Gillian & her family & had a great time!! They were so well looked after particularly as Mikey had an upset tummy at the mere sight of our suitcases!! Well-loved dogs are such a worry for their owners when going on holiday but Gillian was amazing in keeping me posted with photos & reassuring messages. It's a huge relief to have found Gillian & Petstay & I would now never go anywhere else.

Our Spinone Sadie had an overnight stay with Alice and Bernard. I wanted to make sure Sadie would be ok before we went on a slightly longer break as she can be an anxious dog sometimes. Well, I don’t think she wanted to come home! Alice and Bernard and their son Liam were just perfect with Sadie. After about a minute and a half whining after I left her, there was no looking back! Sadie had lovely walks and cuddles from the family. Alice kindly sent on photos at regular intervals so I could be reassured Sadie was ok, and this was really appreciated. Now I can look forward to my holiday next month knowing Sadie will look forward to her trip to stay with Alice, Bernard and Liam. Thank you all so much. More broadly, PetStay and Jane has been great to deal with. Really friendly and a super efficient process, thank you!

What a wonderful support from start to finish.  I chose PetStay after reading great reviews. I have a 10 month old Sprocker Spaniel and this would be his first time staying with new people we haven’t met.  Jane was so, so professional and personable, and we ‘matched’ with quite frankly the sweetest two people I could ever want to look after my little pup.  The meet & greet meant we were all happy and comfortable, and from there I felt completely at ease that he would be totally spoilt for a few days as I travelled to finally! see my family.  Honestly, a life-saving option and would absolutely choose again. Thank you all for looking after my fave little dude :

Jane is fantastic, detailed and knowledgeable. The person I met today, who will look after my furbaby, is fantastic and I can now have my holiday knowing that my little one will be well-cared for.
