Absolutely rude and arrogant owner. Very dirty and unhygienic back kitchen. The front may look good but behind the scenes is not clean at all. Please avoid if you value your health.

Food delicious, staff friendly and atmsophere cosy and warm. Love coming here on a cold winter evening for a great bag of hot chunky chips!

Attentive service, fairly quick and nice food - went for cod and chips on first visit which I would give 4 stars - fresh fish and nice crisp chips - what you would expect. On second visit had a kebab which was really delicious.

Fabulous fish and chips also available for takeaway. Cooked to perfection. Nice sit down area aswell.

It's a fish and chips restaurant, not a "fish restaurant" in the ordinary sense. Dishes are expensive but HUGE. In fact, the fish on the menu are probably too big for a single person, but ask staff for other options - they exist and are more reasonable. Service was excellent - friendly and fast - and the dishes were cooked to perfection. In short, if you're after a chippy - take away or sit in - and want quality, this is a great choice.
