Sunday evening service was disorganised I couldn’t see a manager watching over things. I was told to take a seat by the person on the door and that she would bring me a menu that never came. After 15 minutes of waiting and looking around to catch the staff’s attention I gave up and left hungry. I took it as a sign that everything else wasn’t as it should be. Staff seemed happy though, just not trained. I informed a staff member & left. Hopefully they will improve or maybe I had bad timing. Restaurant looked about 65-70% full.

Rude customer service. They bought our food missing one of the main ingredients when asking the waiter she responded with ‘ask someone else I’m busy’ we then ask the bill 3 times and got completely ignored every time. Food was nice though

Just left with such a great feeling to know that I left after being served by someone who knows Customer Sevice! Do yourself a favour, ask for DAMIEN when you come here- you won’t be disappointed!!!

Poor service, unattentive staff. Long wait to be seated as nobody greeted us for 15 minutes. Waited by the front trying to get attention of staff. Too busy cleaning tables and ignoring customers. Finally got seated then got order wrong. It felt like an eternity trying to pay the bill. Worst branch. Go to any other Wagamamas. Unusual as we always enjoy at other branches.
