So, where do I start? Friendly - Tick! Efficient - Tick! Nice environment - Tick! Good location - Tick! Good teamwork - Tick! However, the thing I like the most about Costin and Pamela is that they actually make it a really nice experience to have work done there! It might sound crazy, to enjoy a trip to the dentist, but it's the truth. Costin takes his time to get it right and if you are fearful in any way of having "The Injection", you really needn't worry. I have no idea how, but you hardly feel it and what you do feel is just like someone gently pressing against your gum with their finger. I found my emergency visit this morning for a big filling that fell out yesterday so relaxing I actually nodded off 3 times during my hour in the chair! Apologies for the slight snore on the third time! So if you want a nice, relaxing hour or two out of your day, forget shopping, forget coffee, forget lunch, forget the spa - get yourself some work done here! :)

If anyone knows anything about root canal work, then you will know that fear is the first emotion with more fear the next! But there is a remedy. This practice. Customer care is at the forefront of this small team's mindset whilst delivering a first class service and product. Forget all those horrible dental experiences of the past. This one isn't just good but superb.

I highly recommend them! Professional and caring team!  I was travelling in Southampton right before the Crhistmas break and they kindly took me last minute and repaired my tooth.  Excellent job, excellent people!

After my orthodontist back in London bankrupt, these guys took me in immediately. After the first appointment, I had a clear view on what is left to do, how long it's gonna take and how much money it will cost. Very professional and super friendly team. I highly recommend this practice to everyone!

I took the plunge at 32 years old and had braces for 11 months. I was really worried that braces would impact on my public speaking role at work but they didn't at all. Braces just made me brush my teeth more and be conscious of what I ate. This year I have been to the dentist more times than I have my entire life but Constin and Pam made the whole experience relaxing and friendly. The cost of the braces was very reasonable and Costin made allowances for bracket breakages which I am grateful for!  Costin had his work cut out because my deadline was my wedding (and so could not be moved) and although at times it seemed like my teeth wouldn't be ready in time he nailed it and the braces were off 5 days before my wedding.  Costin is definitely my dentist of choice now and rather than dreading the dentist, I am looking forward to my next check-up to catch up with him and Pam!
