After 35 years of bad experiences led to 15 more of neglect, avoidance and a very broken smile; I was almost crying with fear when I first approached the practice. I was greeted with so much warmth and reassurance that I really needn't have worried.  Dr Kendal and his team combine a high level of professionalism, skill and empathy, that breeds confidence from the moment you step into the surgery. 
It's immediately apparent that there is a high level of investment in equipment and training and you just know that you are getting the very best care.  Always sympathetic to my distress (however unfounded) he really is the gentle man of  dentistry. I honestly can't praise them all enough and they can be justifiably proud of the first class service that they provide.
After six months of treatment,  I still have a long way to go but I'm in much better shape now and actually look forward to my appointments.

We love Ian: very knowledgeable, latest technology, sits down and explains everything making sure that I understand everything.  We actually moved to Portsmouth from Southampton but we are coming to Southampton to see him because we are so happy with the high standard services he is providing.

What an amazing business! Had an urgent need to get a retainer. Denise came in on her day off to help me, everyone at the practice was incredibly friendly, and received a phone call the next day to collect my new retainer! Just amazing! Will definitely keep using them, and will recommend to all friends! #StarTeam

Highly Recommended Dental Practice. The quality of the service provided here is outstanding. Personally, I've had an excellent experience here, everyone is so nice & friendly. They are very understanding and take such good care of you. The dental treatments that I have received so far have been pain free. To be honest all the good reviews written below are absolutely true!

(P.S If you have a fear of needles/dentists this is the place for you, the dentist is really really good and really understanding)

I am very pleased with my dental check -up, every treatments I have had has been excellent. The dentist is professional, clean, helpful, friendly & keeps track on my ongoing treatment.  I felt totally relaxed during the treatment.

From reception to dentists, dental nurses and hygienists everyone is extremely polite and respectful.

I really do recommend Dentistry@Oceana Boulevard :)
